The smears of white gesso act as the body of the storm, erasing all as it sweeps across the plane, and the cracks in the gesso serve as a visual representation of what remains in the wake of the storm. Within these cracks, pen drawings emerge, like fragmented whispers, symbolizing life, strength, and hope slowly surfacing out of the wreckage.
